WBC IT Training works in collaboration with the IT Department offering user training in the corporate applications on The Salvation Army UKI standard desktop, i.e. MS Office applications and other in-house (bespoke software) applications as required.

• Training is offered either in person (face to face) or via live online (online classroom), and can be 1-2-1 or for groups up to 12 people for classroom.
• Training sessions are interactive, and attendees can expect to participate, unless a session has been advertised as “show and tell”.
• IT Training also provides support materials (user documentation and mini videos) to facilitate self-learning.
• Support and resources are available to all UKI officers, Territorial Envoys and employees.
